I don't think you could find a better driver or tour director... We also had Maria and her son with us and she was so professional and such a delightful person.. I'm sure it also makes their job easier to have fine people like us..it was a happy group and the two ladies that needed help were so nice and the one who helped with 911 we could all learn from. Our tour director was exceptional. He was prepared and knowledgeable about the areas that we visited. Our driver was very capable and had us on time for our stops and was always there to assist in any way. I was impressed by the attention to detail that was apparent in preparing for this trip. Our director also was extremely helpful in getting us in and out of airports without any hassle. This was the trip that included the most places that I wanted to visit. The best itinerary I could find of Bavarian tours....Tour Director was the best. Coach driver was amazing. Our guide was great. Motor coach was new and clean. Local guides amazing. Hotels excellent for the areas where they were located. Breakfasts excellent. Meals provided very good and of local culture.
