Atlanta Christkindl Market
(New Tour!)

Day 1

ATLANTA • DINNER • ATLANTA BOTANICAL GARDEN:

Experience the magic of the holiday season with the Atlanta Christkindl Market, a unique fusion of traditional German festivities and the vibrant spirit of Atlanta. After checking into our hotel, we begin the evening with an included dinner. Later, we visit the Atlanta Botanical Garden. With 30 acres of outdoor gardens to explore, we could spend an entire day exploring all that the Garden has to offer. Covered in Christmas lights, a unique canopy walk gives us an extraordinary view of the gardens. (D)
Day 2

MARTIN LUTHER KING JR HISTORICAL PARK • WORLD OF COKE • FERNBANK • CHRISTKINDL MARKET:

More than 650,000 visitors from all over the world are drawn annually to the King Center to remember Dr. King, view unique exhibits illustrating his life and teachings and visit the King Center’s Library, Archives, his final resting place, his birth home, and even Ebenezer Baptist Church where he worshiped. Next, we explore the world’s most famous beverage brand in a dynamic, multimedia attraction, World of Coca Cola. Get closer than ever before to the vault that houses the Coca Cola secret formula, view hundreds of artifacts and send your taste buds on a trip around the world as you sample this beverage as prepared in other countries. Discover a world of “WOW” at Atlanta’s science and nature museum, Fernbank, with Christmas trees all aglow. Journey into the magnificent, sometimes hidden worlds of nature in a multi-sensory adventure that immerses us in the wonders of nature through a blend of the real environment, contemplative music, and glowing displays, uniquely curated to highlight the native flora and fauna. Then, Christkindl Market takes us from delicious culinary delights to handcrafted treasures in an enchanting world where oldworld charm intertwines with the modern energy of this bustling city. Inspired by the 16th century Christkindlesmarkt in Nuremberg, Germany, one of the first outdoor markets of its kind, the Christkindl Market is well-known for its vendors’ high-quality gifts and food, holiday cheer, and for being the ideal place for families to make unique memories.
Day 3

SWAN HOUSE • ATLANTA HISTORY CENTER • HOME:

After breakfast, we take a short ride to the former home of one of Atlanta’s most prominent families. Built in 1928, the Swan House got its name from the owner’s fondness for the swan motif, remains a prominent fixture in Buckhead and is today part of the Atlanta History Center. Decorations for the season will include beautiful classic Christmas trees, wreaths, and other décor for a 1930’s holiday celebration. We enjoy a scenic ride home this afternoon ready for the Christmas season!
