Join us for a delightful journey to the Holland Tulip Festival! Departing from Kentucky, we make our way to Dearborn, where we visit the fascinating Henry Ford Museum and take a self-guided tour of the Ford Rouge Factory. The next day, we arrive in Holland to immerse ourselves in the world-famous Tulip Festival. We enjoy the Kinderparade, where school children march through downtown Holland in traditional Dutch costumes. A visit to Windmill Island offers a stunning display of tulips surrounding a 200-year-old Dutch windmill. In Grand Rapids, we explore the Gerald Ford Museum & Library and the Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park, renowned for its botanic and sculpture experiences. We also visit the DeKlomp Wooden Shoe & Delft Factory. The tour includes a Tulip Time tour and culminates with the vibrant Volksparade. On our way back, we stop at the RV/MH Hall of Fame and enjoy a delicious lunch at the historic Tippecanoe Place. As we head home, we reflect on the cherished memories of this fantastic week.
