Day 1

OPRYLAND RESORT:

Join us on this trip to the beautiful Gaylord Opryland Resort. Upon arrival in Nashville, we check in our rooms for a three night stay. The hotel and grounds will be decorated with more than 2 million twinkling lights, 15,000 poinsettias, and acres of stunning Christmas decorations. We’ll have free time to stroll along the winding walkways of the lushly landscaped conservatories and waterfalls in the Cascades section. (Note: The December 24th departure will go to the Grand Ole Opry this evening.)

Day 2

NASHVILLE SIGHTSEEING TOUR • OPRY MILLS • FREE AFTERNOON • DELTA RIVER FLATBOATS • DINNER & CHRISTMAS SHOW:

Today, we see “Music City, USA” on our sightseeing tour. Our local guide will point out the Tennessee Capitol Building, recording studios of Music Row, the Parthenon replica, and more. This afternoon we have time to enjoy the Gaylord Opryland Resort or some great outlet shopping at Opry Mills located beside the resort. You’ll also want to ride the Delta River Flatboats during our stay. Tonight we enjoy dinner and a wonderful Christmas music production featuring Terri Clark on the Nov 29th and Dec 4th departure or Frontmen on the Dec 24th departure. (B, D)

Day 3

GENERAL JACKSON SHOWBOAT LUNCH CRUISE • ‘ICE!’ • GRAND OLE OPRY:

This morning you may want to explore the beautiful indoor gardens. For lunch, we cruise the Cumberland River aboard the beautiful General Jackson Showboat. Along with the Southernstyle lunch buffet, we will enjoy the live, musical entertainment. Next, we experience the miracle of “ICE!”. “ICE!” is two million pounds of colorful, hand-carved ice sculptures and slides, all carved by 40 artisans from Harbin, China. We attend the world-renowned Grand Ole Opry for a fun evening of entertainment. (B, L)
