Here are some points to consider as you begin your travel adventure with Christian Tours:

• Be on time. To ensure the trip runs smoothly and on schedule, make sure you know the meet-up time and location. Please be in your seat and ready to go at the designated departure/return times. Staying on schedule allows us the allotted time to visit sights and makes for a more enjoyable tour for everyone.
• Bring a small travel bag, backpack, or purse that can be stored in the overhead compartment (9 x 15) above your seat or below the seat in front of you. This will help you manage your space. Bring only the necessary items you think you may need such as medication, glasses or contacts solution, a book, snack or bottled water.
• It’s a good idea to bring additional layers of clothing (sweater or jacket) so you will be comfortable with the temperature onboard.
• For your safety, please remain seated while the coach is moving, especially while traveling in cities with heavy traffic. If you must stand up or be out of your seat, please hold onto the hand rails located just below the overhead bins.
• When information is being given, please be attentive and refrain from talking.
• No tobacco products, alcohol, or vapes are allowed inside the motorcoach.
• All passengers are required to disembark the motorcoach at each stop. It is important to stretch your legs and moving around is a great way to relax, relieve tension, and help maintain range of motion. This allows the driver to take a break too. We will be making comfort stops every 2 to 2 ½ hours while on the road.
• The motorcoach has a lavatory onboard for your convenience in case of an urgent need.
• Be flexible. Be prepared for the unexpected. This will allow you to keep a positive attitude which will greatly affect the enjoyment of your trip.
• Keep all litter off the floor and promptly clean up any spills as best as you can. Trash can be dis-posed of when you depart the motorcoach.
• Hotel Rooms - Room keys may be left in your room or turned in to the front desk. If you have additional charges to your room (movies, food, etc.) please pay these prior to departure. We have secured all non-smoking rooms. Cleaning fees, which will be your responsibility, will be charged if smoking occurs in the hotel room.

Be considerate of your fellow travelers:

• Keep the volume of your conversations with fellow passengers low while on the motorcoach.
• While listening to music, watching videos, or playing games with sound, please use headphones.
• Please limit your phone use while on the motorcoach. Phone conversations can be distracting to other passengers and be disruptive if your guide is trying to speak to the tour group. Keep your phone on vibrate or silent while on the motorcoach. You will be able to make phone calls during rest stops or conduct conversations by texting if necessary.
• Be mindful and aware that other people can be allergic or sensitive to perfumes, lotions, food smells or other strong odors.
• Be respectful. Rest assured our vehicles are meant to be comfortable and spacious. The seats recline and there may be people behind you. If you recline too far back, you may be encroaching on their personal space by limiting available leg room. Consider asking before reclining.
